MicroLED Display Product Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical role, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product engineering or product development, specifically with semiconductors or display technologies.
- Expertise in analyzing product data, specifications, yields, and trade-offs.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions for production ramp-up.
- Familiarity with microLED device fabrication and characterization, as well as display technologies and applications.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of microLED display products, reviewing test data, and identifying opportunities for improvement to meet product specifications and customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data and optimize methodologies, all while solving complex product challenges and driving continuous improvement.

The US base salary range for this role is $147,000–$216,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined based on role, level, and location. Your recruiter will provide more details about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
- Identify hardware issues and develop solutions with limited precedent, addressing key risks and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze complex data streams to troubleshoot, identify anomalies, and extract valuable insights for product development and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing requirements, optimize test setups, and translate data into actionable insights for product improvements.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of test data to guarantee high-quality product shipments.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies, working with relevant teams to implement changes.
